Resolution
Check the micro:bit for any visible damage, such as missing or dislodged components. If you notice damage, open a support ticket and include a clear photo of both the front and back of the device, along with a copy of the DETAILS.TXT file if available. Additionally, provide relevant details like your device setup, whether you're connecting to external accessories, and the Editor you are using. The support form will also request information about your Operating System and Browser, as these may be relevant to your support query. All this information helps us understand how the micro:bit is functioning and what might have caused the damage. If your micro:bit is less than a year old, consider contacting the reseller where you purchased it to inquire about their replacement procedures. Sending photos of both sides of the deto the reseller can also support this process.
